Cadet Alumni Association Objectives

  • To bring together all cadets in one platform and others to build a robust community that can assist one another
  • To help the youth in polishing their skills in their aim to be a successful professional in various fields
  • To work towards mentorship and guidance for ex NCC cadets and other youth on their path towards career and profession.
  • To create infrastructure and opportunities for ex NCC cadets through coaching and tutorials in preparation for various avenues of employment
  • To create public awareness and participation in the social and economic upliftment of society
  • To help the ex NCC cadets in providing information through networking for their benefit in career building
  • To conduct various academic, scientific, technical, skill and capacity development, managerial, practical hands-on training programs, courses etc of various gradation and duration
  • To assist marginalized students who are enrolled in NCC.

Hows it Work

Step 1: Identification Process

Ex-NCC cadets or any youth aspiring to receive assistance in career building and coaching are welcome to sign up with our organisation.
Ex-NCC cadets, ANOs , Armed Forces officers, and other ranks, as well as professionals in various fields, are invited to sign up to become mentors and resource persons to assist our alumni and young adults registering in our program.

Our resource persons/mentors

Lt Col Aditya Budhiraja

Lt Col Aditya Budhiraja ( Retd ), an officer from the Rajput Regiment with 20 years of army experience mostly in J & K (including Siachen glacier) and North East and a tenure in UN mission in Africa pursued his interest in the field of Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial Health post retirement in Jan 2010. Attended the prestigious SSB psychologist course at DIPR ( Defence Institute of Psychological Research), New Delhi. He is a Barefoot Counselor, Mindset Coach, Guide, Mentor, Healer and Therapist who is also a trained Hypnotherapist, Pranic healer and NLP Practitioner alongwith various other therapies like CDT ( Cognitive Drill Therapy), RFBT ( Recovery Focussed Behavior Therapy), Mindfulness and Meditation. On a mission to spread awareness on issues related to Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial health and spread joy/bliss/happiness, he has helped scores of people in the last  13 years.

Ena Chhabaria

Ena Chhabaria has been Shaping the careers of over 12,000 students annually, she places them in top institutes worldwide through her expertise in career development coaching. Beyond academics, she’s a sought-after ghostwriter for executive LinkedIn profiles and CVs, crafting compelling narratives for leadership. Her influence extends to mock interview panels for prestigious PSC exams, and she’s trained over 1,000 SSB officers. Driven by a passion for empowering others, this PhD candidate in Economics continues to coach students and guide them towards fulfilling careers.

Dr Ritu Jain

Dr Ritu Jain – A dedicated wellness and Ayurveda consultant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in holistic health solutions. Expert in personalized Ayurveda treatments, natural remedies, and lifestyle coaching to promote balance and vitality. Committed to empowering clients on their journey and we’ll being. Promoting awareness on Planned Parenthood and garbh sanskar through Ayurveda.

Eakta Sareen

Dedicated Educator, Resource Person and Career Coach 

Eakta Sareen is a distinguished educator and career coach with over 25 years of experience in language training, career guidance, and counselling. Her extensive expertise includes conducting language training programs, psychometric assessments, and career guidance sessions, which have significantly improved the language proficiency of thousands of students. In her role as a resource person, Eakta has facilitated numerous workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of educators. Topics she has covered include stress management, classroom management, creative and critical thinking, experiential learning techniques, and holistic student development. These workshops have led to improved teaching methodologies and increased student engagement. Additionally, she has contributed to educational research and development as a Design Tools Developer for the (NPEP). Eakta has received several accolades for her contributions to education, including recognition from Google India as the first Super Searcher. She has also been awarded the Incredible Teacher’s Award and has been honoured by the Governor of Madhya Pradesh for her achievements. Her public speaking engagements include being a recognized career counsellor and speaker on platforms such as Akashwani and Doordarshan. As the founder of #Kitabkhana Bhopal, Eakta is committed to fostering student development through innovative teaching techniques and making a positive impact on the lives of her students and fellow educators. Her dedication to education, counselling, and research underscores her role as a leader in the field.

I joined NCC with an aim to work upon my personality which could ultimately help me to become an Officer of Army . The officers of NCC kept motivating me to achieve the standards required.  The training at academy was physical and mentally challenging but I caught up with the standards  and performed well due to my past experience of NCC.
